High Peaks Hospitality Hotel Investment Fund was created to capitalize on its principals combined 65 years of hotel construction, management and ownership experience. The current state of the hotel industry offers numerous opportunities for seasoned developers. With over 500 hotel development and construction projects with an aggregate value in excess of $1,000,000,000.00, the General Partners of High Peaks Hospitality investment Fund are well positioned to make strategic investment decisions that will maximize the returns for their investors.

Investment Strategy
High Peaks Hospitality Investment Fund is focused looking to raise between $10 and $25 million to use for two types of investments:

Pre-existing Hotels

  • At least 50% of total capital will be set aside for this type of investment.
  • In order to be eligible for investment, property must be distressed and have distressed or below replacement value pricing.
New Hotels: must meet at least one of the following criteria
Located...
  • on a prime "A" location with a prime brand.
  • on land which is "shovel ready", with pre-development work having already been completed.
  • in a strong market, with the surrounding hotel inventory being outdated and unable to be rehabilitated without prohibitive costs.
* we will also consider projects that are able to be completed, after being attempted by another developer who failed, through HPHI’s joint venture with the existing developer.
