Jacob Wright (CEO):

• Founder and owner of successful businesses for 12+ years with 5 in hospitality.
• Financed, developed, own and manage 4 properties.
• Cornell University certification in hotel development and finance.

Andy Searle (Regional Operations):

• 15 years in hospitality working from front desk, to GM, to regional revenue management and regional operations.
• Certified with IHG, Hilton and Marriott.
• Strength in analytical analysis, revenue management and maximizing hotel profits.

Heidi Hackett (Regional Marketing):

• 12 years in marketing management in travel and hotel industries.
• HMA and IHAGHI member with multiple awards from franchisors.
• Creates and implements marketing plans and manages individual property sales teams.
